| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform violation DETAILS: Routine sample taken on 11/12/09 positive for coliform. The system has already issued a public notice for total coliforms. There was a broken bottle involved in the last sampling series and they are doing their 4 repeats this month and will take the required five temporary routine samples in December. There has been a change with onsite management and the inventory page has been submitted to update names and numbers. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeat samples now and five temporary routines in December. | ||
