| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Received alert 11/18/09 and contacted Lee to explain that 4 repeat samples were needed. Lee had already taken 4 repeat samples, 3 came back negative and one was positive. Spoke with Lee regarding second alert in as many months. He indicated his son is doing the sampling and most likely using poor techniques. Lee is in process of contracting with Grants Pass Water Lab to have them come out and do both the water sampling and shock chlorination for the store beginning immediately ACTION NEEDED: Shock chlorinate system. Take 5 additional routine samples in December 2009 | ||
