| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 3/20/09 DETAILS: Barb called his office because she was informed by the lab of the positive coliform and she was unclear what to do. I let her know that they need to take 4 repeat samples and if all are negative they will need to take 5 temporary routine samples. I also filled out an inventory update and faxed it to Chuck at the state. Carol Manasco has passed away so Carol and Ron are now the operators. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for repeat results and follow up if needed. | ||
