| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 11/24/09 DETAILS: 12/1/09 - Unable to reach Mr. Lee and the phone line did not have voice mail. I also tried to reach the onsite contact and the phone has been disconnected. 12/3/09, 12/4/09 & 12/7/09 - Unable to reach Mr. Lee by phone. 12/8/09 Contacted Mr. Lee and he indicated that the lab was supposed to have pulled the repeat samples on the 7th. I asked him to make sure the samples had been taken and to be sure to take 5 temporary routine samples for December. He said he would be sure to have the samples taken. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further sampling & respond if necessary. | ||
