Details: SUMMARY: Arsenic exceedence DETAILS: Alert 11/6/09. The contact with the system was on 9/09 reason being unreported arsenic samples. Additional samples and notice of violation have been sent by the state on 10/9/09, Arsenic levels have been reduced below MCL after eliminating the contaminated well. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor compliance with violation letter.
