Details:	SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: In field consultation with the owners Barbara and Richard regarding the facilities ERP and coliform sampling plan. Provided handouts and information on both plans and went through the procedures step by step. The coliform sampling plan and ERP were completed/reviewed in the field 8/21/09 ACTION NEEDED: Maintain copy of ERP and review annually.
