| Details: | SUMMARY: Voc detect DETAILS: I contacted Melvin and reminded him he still needs to take one more test for total Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB) due to a previous detection on 8/28/09. They took a follow up test on 1/27/09 that was non detect. 11/24/09 Melvin provided me with a copy of the lab analysis from a test done on 9/1/09 that was non detect for PCB. ACTION NEEDED: System will go to a 1 year schedule for SOCs. Remove quarterly monitoring schedule. | ||
