Also included Disinfection Profiling spreadsheet and instructions and USEPA LT1-ESWTR Disinfection Profiling and Benchmarking Guidance Manual. See letter in file. New surface water plant put online in February 2009, so one year of data needed from February 2009 - February 2010. System added a coagulant recently to try to fix the problem, which was approved in informal plan review by Fred Kalish. ACTION NEEDED: Disinfection Profile results due March 17, 2010.
