| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to Complaint DETAILS: April called to question whether her water may be the cause of her husbands stomach illness over the past couple of weeks. System receives water from Panther Creek (00603), surface water system with filtration. I indicated that Panther Creek is meeting surface water treatent requirements and is up to date on coliform monitoring with absent results. She questioned the missed bacti monitoring for Nov and Dec 2009 and the lapsed small system operator certification for operator. I indicated these items are a concern, but that I did not see any apparent immediate water quality problem at first glance. I indicated I would relay concerns to DWP contact for Lincoln Co. who would know more specifics. ACTION NEEDED: Forward message to DWP oversight contact for system. DWP to respond to April about more specific updates on violations for missed monitoring and op cert, as identified in recent survey. | ||
