| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: Eric told me he took 3 entry point nitrate tests in March 2009. However, all three results were entered on state website for EP-A. On this date, I alerted Eric to this problem, and he said that he would work with the lab and the state to clear up the problem. ACTION NEEDED: Watch for corrected results on state website showing nitrates from all three entry points. | ||
