| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Positive repeat samples taken from distribution system and well on 11/3 and 11/4/09. The sample taken by Water Lab on the 3rd was positive. A park resident monitored the sampling technique and it was not properly done. The four samples Ivan took the following day were absent for coliforms. Ivan will reissue the public notice and send a copy to our office. He will take the required 4 repeat samples his month and the five temporary routine samples in December. He is releaving Water Lab of the sampling responsibility ACTION NEEDED: Take four repeat samples now and five temporary routine samples in December. | ||
