| Details: | SUMMARY: One repeat coliform sample positive DETAILS: Jackson Baures and Daniel Hough called Jamie Harrel, 541-772-4453, at Hydroflow. Jamie believes that there is a problem with the pressure tank and will be servicing it on 10/12/09. Daniel emailed Jamie the public notice template. 10/12/09 I called Jamie and he says that most likely he will have to reschedule the service call until 10/14/09. He added that they may have to chlorinate at the pressure tank area, to which I said that customers cannot consume or shower with over 4 ppm chlorine water. He agreed to call me if chlorination was necessary. 10/16/09 Jamie called and informed me that the pressure switch was adjusted and test cock replaced. The pressure tank was chlorinated on 10/14/09 and flushed without sending chlorinated water into the distribution system. A special sample was collected on 10/14/09 that passed. I advised him to collect five temporary routines on 10/22/09. 11/6/09 Five temporary routines were collected 10/26 and 10/27...all negative. ACTION NEEDED: No further action | ||
