Details:	SUMMARY: Arsenic violation DETAILS: 10/7/09 No response received from system within the timeline stipulated by the state regarding violation. I called John to discuss latest sample, public notice and their plans for treatment. I left a message with his wife who said she would have him call me. 10/8/09 Left a voice mail for John requesting a copy of the public notice and to find out his plans for arsenic treatment. 11/3/09 Spoke with Daniel Hough and explained that John has not returned my phone calls. Daniel informed me that the state will be initiating further enforcement action for not complying with the Notice of Violation(NOV) ACTION NEEDED: The state will initiate further enforcement action.
