| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform 10/16/09 DETAILS: 10/19/09 Alert issued. I left message for Velton informing him of repeat sampling requirements. 10/20/09 I spoke with Velton and discussed repeat sampling protocol. He called me and left message informing me that repeat samples had been collected on 10/19/09 by Brad Loya 541-299-0116. 10/16/09 State shows only three repeats collected on 10/19/09, however, Grants Pass Water Lab says that four were submitted and all tested negative. I asked Marie at the lab to call Chuck Michael at the state for advice on how to straighten the record out. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in November, 2009 | ||
