| Details: | SUMMARY: Missed coliform DETAILS: No routine coliform result for October. Discussed with Gary during 11/25 sanitary survey. Lab system they were using had some staffing problems and simply missed taking the sample. System has already discussed with lab and is back on schedule. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take timely monthly coliform samples and get results to the state. Discuss missed sample in next Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) | ||
