| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Contacted owner Sang on 10/19/09 and he said he had cleaned and chlorinated tank and that he wanted to chlorinate one more time and then he will take samples next week. I called Mr. Kim back on 11/6/09 and he still hasnt taken a sample so I called hi daughter Amy 503-998-2032 and she agreed to explain to her parents that samples need to be taken. We discussed taking a special sample first followed by 5 routine samples. ACTION NEEDED: Sanitize tank and sample. | ||
