| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan review DETAILS: A Cease and Desist order was issued on 8/18/09 for the use of the water for making coffee and any other food or beverage products until which time the water system has been approved and all test results have been received by the state. Karen Leben, a friend of the owner, called me on 10/26/09 and confirmed that all of the plan review requirements had been completed and agreed to forward all of the information to the state.
