| Details: | SUMMARY: Four positive repeat coliforms DETAILS: Four positive repeat total coliform samples taken on 9/3/09. I contacted owner Sang Kim on 9/9/09 and he had me talk with his daughter Amy on 9/10/09. I recommended to Amy that they clean and chlorinate the holding tank and take a special sample. They are currently using bottled water for the coffee machine and the soda pop machine is turned off. Dave Graham from Crow Water Systems contacted me on 9/24/09 he had been hired to help Scappoose Mkt and will be talking to them about cleaning the tank rather than trying to drill a well. Mr. Graham originally installed the holding tank which is filled with City of Scappoose water for store use. ACTION NEEDED: Identify problem, take special sample and then take repeat samples and routine samples. | ||
