| Details: | SUMMARY: 5 routine coliforms not tested DETAILS: 5 routines required, following positive coliform and 4 repeats in October 2009, not taken. After 4 repeats the system was shock chlorinated and one sample submitted. Results were negative. Charlotte posted public notice after repeats were positive. Took 5 repeats in November, state did not receive. Charlotte said lab was to submit results to state. She is sending me copies of results. ACTION NEEDED: Reminded her of monthly sampling, now required to sample monthly . Charlotte developed coliform sampling plan. Advised that chlorination needs to reu continuaously, be samples and recorded at least 2 times/week. | ||
