| Details: | SUMMARY: TCR M&R violation for January 2009 #35224 and #35225 DETAILS: 02/20/09: Spoke to operator regarding submitting samples on time. The samples were received late by the State. 03/23/09: Spoke to operator again about late February samples. I suggested that they mail the sample results no later than the last day of the month to ensure that they were reaching Portland on time. ACTION NEEDED: Submit samples on time. |
