| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation #34813 TCR sample reported late. DETAILS: Phone. 02/11/09: left message for operator. Operator called back and we discussed the late sample from last quarter. We also discussed once more the need to submit a NO3 sample and coliform sample ASAP to avoid any further violation. ACTION NEEDED: Submit past sample results. Sample TCR quarterly and turn in to the State DWP on time. Sample NO3 yearly and submit to the State DWP to avoid future SNC status. | ||
