| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring and Reporting: Nitrate DETAILS: Phone consultation with Susan Lee on 02/01/08 regarding the status of the nitrate testing as a SNC. The 3rd and 4th quarter nitrate tests for 2008 have been below the MCL, 08/05/08 - 3rd quarter nitrate test ND and 10/07/08 - 4th quarter nitrate test 1.2ppm. She agreed to do one more quarterly test for the 1st quarter of 2009 and if that one is below the MCL then we would discuss going back to one annual nitrate test. The facility is no longer on the SNC list and the violation is returned to compliance on SDWIS. ACTION NEEDED: Need a nitrate test for the 1st quarter of 2009. | ||
