Details:	Spoke to Jay MacPherson with Region 2 DWP. He recommended I email Shawn Stevenson with the State DWP to find out this water system's next step. All 5 confirmation samples came back absent for E.coli. This system also has 4 log disinfection. Will update contact report once Shawn contacts me and the water system operator. Updated 8/13/20-Email from Shawn Stevenson said that this system no longer needs to do an annual assessment because well was confirmed E.coli positive and is using 4 log disinfection actively. This water system will also remain on a quarterly routine sampling schedule. I emailed compliance asking to no longer require this water system to take yearly assessment. Spoke to the operator Steven and gave him this information. No other action is necessary at this time.
