Details:	SUMMARY: Violations ID#7410 No coliform samples 4th quarter 2008 DETAILS: Phone consultation with manager about Jackson 545. Discussed why there have been no coliform samples 4th quarter of 2008. John Cox stated that a coliform test was taken at the store the 4th quarter of 2008 and he would have the results faxed to the DWP immediately. I reminded him to have the 1st quarter coliform test taken before March 31st and a nitrate done in 2009 and have results faxed to the DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Facility needs to fax the 4th quarter 2008 coliform results to DWP.
