| Details: | SUMMARY: No Coliform test results since 8/28/08. No nitrate results since 05/14/07. DETAILS: I talked with Ryan Wist that coliform results have not been reported for the last quarter. Mr Wist stated the sample been discarded by the lab with no notice. Mr Wist will take samples to coffee labs for coliform and nitrate testing this week. ACTION NEEDED: Mr Wist will be collecting quarterly samples for coliform and yearly samples for nitrates and delivering to coffee labs, now that coffee labs is re-certified. | ||
