| Details: | SUMMARY: No coliform test results submitted since 09/04/2008. DETAILS: I talked with Gabrial Barber, who did not take the last quarter sample as required by the sampling plan for coliforms. Mr. Barber will take a sample and take it to the lab this week for coliform testing. I discussed the need for quarterly testing on the well be maintained per the sampling handout given during the survey. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Barber will work on maintaining quarterly sampling of the well for coliforms and yearly testing for nitrates. | ||
