| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring and Reporting Assistance DETAILS: In field consultation on 2/10/09 with owner, Joey Kim, regarding the 5 coliform samples in December and 4 samples in January that were mis-identified as repeat samples. I told him I would find out how to correct this. I phoned DWP and spoke with Chuck Michael 2/11/09, who said the owner needs to send in a written request to change these from repeat to routine. Phone consultation with Joey Kim to provide the address and instructions to make the change. Also informed Mr. Kim that 1 more routine samples would be needed this month to complete the 5 routines needed after the positive. Discussed when a repeat vs routine sample is needed. ACTION NEEDED: Written request to DWP to change all coliform tests in December and January from repeat to routine samples. 1 more routine sample is needed to complete the 5 routines needed after the December positives, only 4 were taken in January. | ||
