| Details: | SUMMARY: Nitrate Sample on 12/31/2008 tested at 5.5MG/L DETAILS: Phone: Talked with Harry Staten, new contact, that the compnay is planning to contract a company that has a plan to reduce or eliminate the nitrate concentration. Mr. Staten will contact the company this week. I suggested multiple site testing, this to cinlude a raw water test. Mr. Staten will follow up on testing and a plan to protect the well and reduce the nitrate concentration. ACTION NEEDED: Mr. Staten will follow through on plans to reduce the nitrate concentration due to the continuing positive tests. | ||
