| Details: | SUMMARY: GWR monthly assessment monitoring DETAILS: Arlington called Bill Goss to find out the reason for their required monthly assessment monitoring of Well #1. I reviewed the Source Water Assessment and during this process found out, and confirmed with Tim Wetherell, that the well log used for Well #1 in the SWA (GILL 164) is actually for their inactive Corps well, and Well #1 is actually GILL 166. The SWA will be updated with this information eventually, but regardless the correct well log has no information about the casing seal, so Arlington still has to do monthly assessment monitoring of Well #1. ACTION NEEDED: Arlington must conduct monthly assessment monitoring of their Well #1. | ||
