| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on TCR MR Violation DETAILS: I contacted Carl on 03/02/09 to find out if they took their 5 RTs for the month of February. All 5 of their RTs on 01/12/09 came back for positive total coliform. Carl wasnt aware that he needed to take another 5 RTs because all of the repeats on 01/26/09 came back ND. Carl said he would call the lab and get them done ASAP. 5 RTs taken on 3/6/09 and all came back ND. Results posted on SDWIS on 03/25/09. ACTION NEEDED: VIOLATION RESOLVED. | ||
