| Details: | Phone contact with USFS regarding PWS. PWS has been inactive and has not been providing water for 2 years. facility has done repair on well and pump and wanted to check arsenic level prior to osmosis treatment (USFS believes treatment is not functioning at all and is working to repair but has no ability to repair at this time. USFS tested to see arsenic level to start. facility has no plan to use water at this site prior to installing new treatment or repairing treatment. facility will contact drinking water program prior to operation and should take confirmation sample prior to operation to ensure treatment is functioning | ||
