| Details: | SUMMARY: Rotuine sample positive for total coliform. DETAILS: Called Skip Stevenson regarding the routine sample that tested positive for coliform. Informed Skip that 4 repeat samples will need to be collected before the end of January and if the 4 samples test positive for coliform, the system will need to collect 5 temporary routine samples in February. If one or more of the routine sample test postive, the orginal will be confirmed and the system will need to perform a corrective action to resolve the problem and post a Tier 2 Public Notice. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 repeat samples before the end of Janauary. One sample will need to be collected orginal sample location, one within 5 conections upstream, one within 5 connections downstream, and one at the source. | ||
