| Details: | SUMMARY: Arsenic CHEM 3415 DETAILS: Phone: Sample taken 2/17/09 result at 0.0152. Spoke with Mr Paradis about the need to go through plan review for an arsenic treatment system and the need to investigate the reasons the installed system is not removing the needed arsenic. Reminded him that the system must publish a Public Notice on a quarterly basis. Further discussed that bottled water would not be a permenant solution, that the well needed to be in compliance with the rules governing NTNC systems. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to take quarterly arsenic samples and complete plan review for the arsenic treatment. | ||
