Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring Violation: Coliform DETAILS: System is currently in violation of OAR 333-061-0036 for coliform monitoring. The last sample was taken March 26, 2009. Second quarter results have not been received by DWP. ACTION NEEDED: If required quarterly samples taken, send copies to the State Drinking Water Program (DWP), Klamath County Environmental Health. If not taken, take coliform for this quarter (July - September 2009) immediately. For those samples not taken you are required to issue a public notice within 30 days and send a copy to the State DWP and Klamath County Environmental Health.
