| Details: | SUMMARY: Monitoring Violation: Coliform DETAILS: Crater Lake RV Park is currently in violation of OAR 333-061-0036 for coliform monitoring. The last sample was taken June 6th, 2008. The sample results for 2nd quarter 2009 (April-June) and the 3rd quarter of 2008 (July-September) have not been received by the Drinking Water Program. ACTION NEEDED: If you took the required quarterly samples, send copies to the State DWP and Klamath County Environmental Health. If samples were not taken, 1) take coliform for this quarter (July-September) immediately-- 2) For those samples not taken you are required to issue a public notice within 30 days and send a copy to the State DWP and Klamath County Environmental Health. | ||
