Details: SUMMARY: Violation #11 NO3 DETAILS: Phone: Mr Doody has not sampled NO3 since 2006. Spoke with Tony and informed him he needed to test NO3 yearly. He plans to sample tomorrow. Tony sampled the system on 02/23/09. ACTION NEEDED: Sample NO3 and continue to sample on a yearly basis.
