| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation: Coliform Samples not Received DETAILS: USFS Spring Creek Day Use Area is in violation of OAR 333-061-0036 regarding coliform bacteria sampling. The system is required to monitor for bacteria quarterly. The last sample was taken on September 5, 2008. Coliform water sample results for the 2nd quarter of 2009 (April-June) have not been received by the Drinking Water Program. ACTION NEEDED: If required quarterly samples were taken, send copies of the results to the State DWP and Klamath County Environmental Health. If not taken, 1) take coliform for this quarter (July - September 2009) immediately-- 2) For those sample not taken, issue a public notice within 30 days and send a copy to the State DWP and Klamath County Environmental Health. | ||
