| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation: Coliform Monitoring DETAILS: Whoa Tavern is currently in violation of OAR 333-061-0036 concerning coliform bacteria sampling. The system is required to monitor for coliform bacteria quarterly. The last sample was taken on December 18th, 2008. Coliform water sample results for first quarter (January-March) and second quarter (April-June) of 2009 have not been received by the Drinking Water Program. ACTION NEEDED: If required quarterly samples taken, send copies of the results to the State DWP and Klamath County Environmental Health. If not taken, 1) take the coliform for this quarter (July-September 2009) immediately and 2) for those sample not taken, you are required to issue a public notice within 30 days and send a copy to the State DWP and Klamath County Environmental Health. | ||
