| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert: COLI6662 -- Routine coliform sample tested positive on 08/21/2009 DETAILS: Phone: 08/21/09: Routine sample collected. 08/25/09: Alert issued. 08/26/09 I spoke with Bruce this morning: he took one repeat in yesterday and thought that he could only bring one in a day until four are collected. I advised Bruce to bring the other three into the lab today. 08/27/09 A total of four repeats have been submitted to the lab-- all tested negative for total coliform. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in September. |
