Details: SUMMARY: ALERT - Total Coliform Positive Test DETAILS: I contacted the facility and asked for the contact, Terri Dexheimer. She was not available and spoke to Molly Arrigoni who was covering for her. I informed her of the alert for the total coliform and the required 4 repeats that need to be taken right away preferably with 24 hours. I also informed her of the required 5 routine samples needed the following month. She did not know why there was a positive TC test. ACTION NEEDED: n/a
