| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform + sample date 6/29/09 DETAILS: Called system and left a message to call me back. 7/6/09 Staffany called me back. I wanted to inform her to be sure to take 4 repeat samples ASAP. I asked if they had done any work to the system and she indicated that they had not. She said, she would get the 4 repeats samples done right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor the results of the repeat samples. | ||
