| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT - Positive Total Coliform Test DETAILS: I discussed positive coliform test result with operator. He thinks the faucet may be the problem due to a single lever that turns faucet on. I informed him that he needs to do 5 routines by the end of July 2009 and post a public notice. I also asked him to send me a copy of the public notice to send to the State. The operator is going to shock chlorinate the system right away. ACTION NEEDED: n/a | ||
