| Details: | SUMMARY: One routine sample collected on 2/11/09 tested positive for Total Coliform bacteria. DETAILS: I spoke to Walt, one of the lodge members, and later with Larry Rose regarding them collecting the required four samples. 2/23/09 - Water system survey was conducted by Jackson Co. at the Medford Moose Lodge. 3/5/09 - Liz at Neilson Research confirmed that 4 repeat samples were submitted by Medford Moose Lodge on 2/17/09 and all tested negative for coliform bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routine coliform bacteria samples need to be collected in March 2009. | ||
