| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed extension to administrative order DETAILS: I spoke with John Lund regarding the administrative order issued to the Lees Camp PWS. Both Mr. Lund and the Haugens at the Lees Camp Store have drilled wells. The Lees Camp Store is expected to disconnect from the surface water source in approximately 2 weeks. John Lund will probably be unable to separate the remaining homes into two unregulated water systems until May, and we agreed that a June 30 deadline for the extension was appropriate. I told John that the new order will require that Annette Pampush inspect the separation of the two systems to complete the process. ACTION NEEDED: I will withdraw the previous administrative order, and issue a new order allowing until June 30, 2010 for John Lund to have his water system meet water quality standards or be separated such that it is not a regulated water system. | ||
