| Details: | SUMMARY: Sanitary Survey Deficiency Follow-Up DETAILS: Thank you for following up with me about the water system deficiencies that were noted on your November 19, 2007 water system survey. The email and the attached pictures that I received from you on July 27, 2009 show that you have corrected the deficiencies that were noted from the survey. The deficiencies and their current stats are as follows: 1. Setbacks are not met.There was a storm water catch basin approximately 12ft from the well. The drain line has now been installed and this deficiency has been corrected. 2. No certified operator. You completed the "Small Water System Training Course" and your certification is valid through July 31, 2011. This deficiency has been corrected. ACTION NEEDED: Deficiencies have been corrected. |
