| Details: | SUMMARY: 12 months of Source Water Sampling Requirements. DETAILS: In January 2010, we informed you that SRC-AA Well 3 would be required to have 12 months of raw water coliform samples collected. As part of the Groundwater Rule, we identified these sources based on Source Water Assessment results and the addition of treatment that may not achieve 4-log removal of viruses. The raw water coliform samples were to be part of an evaluation process to determine if your groundwater should be treated for 4-log removal of viruses. ACTION NEEDED: We reviewed the information that identified your sources as needing to conduct the 12 months of sampling. As a result of that review, we have determined that the 12 months of sampling can be waived. Please note that the 12 months of sampling will be required if the well is activated in the future. | ||
