| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Phone consultation on 11/25/09 with Mark regarding positive coliform sample taken 10/15/09. He stated he did not take repeat samples because he knew the problem was a leaking pipe from the well to the storage tank. He spent time to track the leak down repair it and shock chlorinate the storage tank. We discussed taking 4 repeat samples taken as soon as possible before correction in order to validate the initial positive test. He stated he would take five routine samples Monday, November 30, 2009. ACTION NEEDED: 5 routine samples in November. | ||
