Based on the sample results on record from 10/08 through 12/09, the system is determined to be R&C below the MCL for nitrate. The system may resume annual sampling, to be collected in the third quarter. ACTION NEEDED: PWS to collect nitrate sample in third quarter of 2010. | ||
