| Details: | SUMMARY: Change of owner from Umpqua store to Lighthouse Center DETAILS: The Lighthouse Center recently purchased the Umpqua Store and are planning to open the business as a bakery, a little food service, and a small food store. They have already changed much of the water system except for the well. They removed the chlorinator and installed a UV light, an aeration system, a water storage tank and a new well house. I discussed many issues with Michael Tortorice, Manager, including need to have plan review on some things already changed, whether to use UV or chlorine considering old leaking septic tank perhaps located inside 100 ft perimeter. We discussed samples needed before the end of the year - coliform and nitrate.
