| Details: | SUMMARY: Alert DETAILS: I called and talked with Keun Lee, the new contact, Mike Kelly is no longer the contact. Pyxis Laboratories arrived on Monday to resample for coliform. Mr. Lee has cleaned the facility and water faucets. I will talk with Mr. Lee again after the second sample if positive to see what steps are necessary to get the facility back into compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Four repeats needed and 5 routines in January. | ||
